I know it isn't always easy to request ARCs when you're not from the US so I thought I would do this post to help all you international bloggers out. I've scavenged publisher websites in search of emails and international e-arc sites and I hope I'm able to help some of you out.
Some of these emails were very easy to find as they are generally found on the publishing house's website on their about us/contact us page.
If you can't find either of those, there could be a FAQ (frequently asked questions) that might answer the question on how to request review copies.
Also some U.S. publishing houses feature their international divisions so always check their websites.
All these things are typically found at the bottom of the website but could be at the top, too.
Some of these emails, I had to scavenge deep to actually find them. Good thing Google Translate exists. It may not be completely accurate but it does it's job.

I couldn't specifically find the publicity/marketing emails. But according to the HMH International page I was at, they are the International sales team. You should try emailing them if they can send out review copies. I'll leave the international email and a few country emails. But click here for the full list of emails since it's really long. You have to select your region in the world.

Maybe not a lot of you know this. But a lot of publishers can't send arcs everywhere because of territorial rights and shipping costs.
I've seen one blogger complain to the publisher about how upset they are that they won't ship to their country anymore. Bloggers aren't entitled to arcs. Please know that. I live in the US and I don't get lots of arcs either.
I'm not an international blogger so I honestly don't understand how it works out for you all. But it seems to be even harder for you guys to even be able to any arcs. My piece of advice is to continue to improve your blog. It might be easier when you're blog already has an established following. Maybe some international bloggers get arcs because they are "big" and popular.
I think lots of publishers wish they could open it up to more countries. But they're not allowed to do it legally.
Anyways, I wish you all the best of luck!!
