Feature and Follow Friday #9

Feature and Follow is hosted by two different hosts, Parajunkee and Alison Can Read! This meme is here for bloggers to gain new blogger friends and followers.

This Week's Question:

Armchair Travel! Tell us about your favorite book in a setting you’d like to visit (a real place for this question).

I've recently finished Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. I thought it was such a cute read. (I love Étienne St. Clair) The setting is a boarding school in Paris, France. The city of lights and love, who wouldn't want to go? I want to visit the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre museum (The biggest museum in the world, I believe).

  1. That was my first choice! It was literally the first thing that came to mind when faced with this question. (Seriously though, I was disappointed that Etienne never ONCE said "love" in that entire novel. Disappointment abounds.)

    Following back! ^.^

  2. One of my close friends in college was a French major and got to live there for five months. She absolutely adored it.

    1. Sam, I would love to spend an extended amount of time in Paris. That sounds amazing. Maybe by the time I have the money saved to go, I'll also have the vacation time to do it for more than a few days!

Thanks for stopping by Second Run Review earlier, Karina. Paris is lovely and a very popular destination today.

  3. Paris is great but there are a few better museums than the Louvre. Some of the smaller less known museums have a lot more stunning work :)

  14. That sounds wonderful! I think it would be great to travel anywhere. I keep a list of all the really cool places, cities, tourist attractions, etc. when I read so that when I retire someday, I can travel and see them all. Wishful thinking!
